I received my proof copy for the paperback version of my book, The Asset, from CreateSpace yesterday. I must admit, I was” Navin R. Johnson” excited. As a self published author, my book marketing efforts are geared towards the eBook version of my book, but it’s so simple to add a paperback version with CreateSpace that it’s worth the extra steps. I can use the book for giveaways and to use it as a calling card when networking in person.
I detailed the step by step process of publishing your book with CreateSpace in this blog post, so make sure to check it out. It’s very simple, and aside from paying for the proof copy to review it (less than $10), there isn’t a cost factor not to do it.
I just hope I don’t get the attention that Navin got. Special shout out to my friend Peggy Baron who quoted my favorite comedy film, The Jerk, when I emailed her all excited about my book now being in print. 🙂
If you would like to see what a CreateSpace published book looks like, or if you enjoy reading thrillers the good old way (in print), you can order the paperback version of my book…
